A fin de compartir experiencias en políticas públicas, casos de éxito, y fomentar la comunicación y la equidad de género entre sus naciones, mujeres de seis países de América Latina se reunieron en Mérida para participar en un taller interactivo con integrantes de asociaciones civiles locales.
“Encuentro para el fortalecimiento Institucional” es el nombre del taller, realizado en el Parque Hunab Ceiba Petandra, en la colonia Nueva Yucatán.

El grupo de “Mujeres en Acción” de América Latina compartirá sus experiencias y conocimientos sobre comunicación, organización, equidad e incidencia en políticas públicas hoy lunes, a las 8:30 de la mañana, en las instalaciones de Hunab.

Mujeres en Acción Crowdfunding campaign is one of the 10 chosen by Ideame in their Action for the Crowdfunding Day in Mexico!
On September 5th of this same year we launched our Crowdfunding campaign through Ideame with the objective of raising funds to cover part of the costs of our first project which will take place in Mérida, Mexico. There, we will work with the organization HUNAB and the women beneficiaries of the Sustainable Aquaculture Program, so they can improve their skills in managing their initiatives and projects in order to achieve better and greater impact on the development of communities and the region.
Only two days after launching our Crowdfunding campaign we amounted 6%, and on September 23rd we received the outstanding news that our project is one of the 10 selected projects by Ideame in their Action for the Crowdfunding Day in Mexico!
What does this mean?
In addition to having the benefit of the platform commission discount, our project will be present in a micro site promoted by Ideame where it will be visualized and spreaded through their social networks.
Another success to add to this joined voluntary efforts that we are carrying out to achieve our main objective: to strengthen the institutional capacities of Latin American organizations.

From 19 October to 13 November 2015 it was held for the first time in Bogota , the World Management Program for Women (Global Women in Management or GWIM) with the aim of offering women leaders tools to enhance technical skills of management and leadership, and to improve and strengthen programs that promote economic opportunities for other women.
Participating in the #giroambientalista of HUNAB

30 women entrepreneurs gathered for #giroambientalista in the GWIM63 program promoted by PLAN USA 2015.
#giroambientalista is a campaign to raise funds , in which people are invited to make a donation for the construction of animal museum and film their turn. The important thing about this campaign is born in Mexico , promoting environmental awareness and seeks to bring these museums on animals and plants in Mexico , it is also part of the global movement which in English is called #Environmentaltwist.
